Rules of the grove.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Linkgrove platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Accounts and Data Sync

To use Linkgrove, you must connect your Google Business Profile. You represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized owner or manager of the business profile connected.
• You will maintain the security of your account and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information displayed on your Linkgrove mini-site.

3. AI-Generated Content

Linkgrove provides tools to automatically generate business descriptions, service lists, and replies using AI.

• While AI can provide high-quality suggestions, it is not infallible. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
• Linkgrove is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in content generated by the AI tools.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Certain features of Linkgrove are billed as recurring subscriptions managed via Stripe.

• Payments: Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each period.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-year basis at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Linkgrove to:

• Misrepresent your business or identity.
• Spam, harass, or provide false information on your minisites.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or bypass its security measures.
• Use the AI tools to generate harmful or illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKGROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
