To provide our core services, Linkgrove requests access to your Google Business Profile via the Google API. We collect and store:
- Business Name, Address, and Phone Number.
- Operating hours and business categories.
- Customer reviews and ratings (to provide AI-assisted replies).
- Photos associated with your business profile.
Note: We only access data that you explicitly authorize via the Google Consent screen. We do not store your Google account password.
3. AI and Content Generation
We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help generate descriptions, service lists, and optimized content for your mini-site.
- Your business data is used to provide context for these AI models.
- We do not use your private business information to train public AI models.
- Generated content belongs to you, but you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy.
