Linkgrove is operated by Patterns Dev LLP ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Linkgrove (linkgrove.site).

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use Supabase for authentication via magic link — no password is stored.

Business information

Information you provide about your business: name, address, description, category, hours, photos, services, and FAQs. This information is used to build and publish your Linkgrove business page.

Google Business Profile (via OAuth)

If you connect your Google Business Profile, we access the following data through Google's API:

• Business name, address, category, and description
• Business hours
• Photos
• Posts
• Customer reviews (read and reply)
• Performance metrics (views, searches, clicks)

We use this data solely to provide Linkgrove's features: syncing your profile, generating content suggestions, and displaying analytics within your dashboard. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing your Google data. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We store your subscription status, plan, and billing interval. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Analytics

We collect anonymized usage events (page views, feature interactions) to improve the product. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

AI-generated content

When you use AI features, your business data is sent to Google Gemini to generate content suggestions. This is processed in real time and not stored beyond the session.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Linkgrove service
• To sync and display your Google Business Profile data
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (billing receipts, subscription updates, expiring card reminders) via Stripe
• To improve the product through aggregated analytics
• To respond to support requests

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and business information are deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law.

• Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page
• Request a copy of your data

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe.

Linkgrove is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
