Linkgrove ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for local businesses to build mini-sites and optimize their presence on Google. These terms describe the conditions under which you may use our website and services.

2. Service Provision

To provide our core services, Linkgrove requests access to your Google Business Profile via the Google API. This allows us to sync your business information, photos, and reviews directly to your mini-site.

Important: You maintain full ownership of your credentials. Linkgrove does not store your Google account password and only accesses data you explicitly authorize.

3. AI-Generated Content

We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help generate descriptions and optimized content for your business.

• Generated content belongs to you upon creation.
• You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publication.
• We strive for high-quality output but do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI suggestions.

4. Payments and Billing

We use secure third-party processors for all financial transactions:

• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Linkgrove never stores your credit card details.
• Subscription Plans: Billing occurs automatically based on your selected plan. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
